The result of the "Happy Girl" competition was quite unexpected. Yuke Wei, who was expected to win, left the stage amidst a chorus of "Yinghong Hua". Half of Huang Ying's dramatic comeback should be credited to her loyal fans offstage; it was their singing that led many of the public judges to cast their votes for little Huang Ying. This outcome instantly woke me up and invigorated me. Huang Ying's voice has moved me from start to finish. I've always supported her and praised her in every blog post. However, today Huang Ying could be said to have narrowly escaped defeat because her opponent was Yuke Wei, the number one girl of "Happy Girl". Also, Huang Ying's performance today was indeed not as good as before; she even messed up a large part of the lyrics in "Return to My Mother-in-Law's House". Nevertheless, her strong popularity with the public allowed her to finally enter the final three showdown. Congratulations to her!
