Hello, Stranger | Friend of Photography

Triptychs of Strangers is an ongoing photography project by Adde Adesokan. From his hometown Hamburg, Germany, to Paris, France, London, UK, and Hong Kong, China, Adde Adesokan has documented the strangers he met in a unique way: security guards, sailors, dancers, actors, lovers... He takes three photos of them from head to toe, grouped together, including a close-up of their face, their accessories, and their shoes. He also converses with them, and for every stranger he photographs, Adde Adesokan captures a story.
