Simon Annand: Metaphor? Glossy? | Friends of Photography

The portraits shot in various ways by British photographer Simon Annand in the dressing room of the British theater during the past twenty-five years are very characteristic. He has always thought that the dressing room is a mysterious place, and inviolable. The strange use of light in this series of works has increased the diversity of actors. In the photos, the actors show a black and white face, which makes the audience have different kinds of imagination and understanding of the stars.
