Cats with stories | Friend of Photography

Russian photographer Yoyk, almost all of his works are black and white photos of cats. Most of these cats were photographed on the street, with unique angles and perfectly captured moments. The cats face Yoyk's lens without any hesitation, making one feel that he is not shooting cats from a human perspective, but rather treating them as part of the city, no different from the passers-by who are in a hurry, or like urban wanderers, having unknown stories behind them.
