Miru Kim: Naked with Pigs

Korean-American photographer Miru Kim held a self-portrait photography exhibition titled *The Pig That Therefore I Am* in New York. In the photos, she lies naked in a pigpen, allowing the pigs to approach her or even press their bodies close to hers. Through these self-portraits, Miru Kim aims to explore the similarities between humans and animals and critiques the notion that humans consider themselves superior to animals.
