Vietnam's regulation that women with small busts are not allowed to ride motorcycles has completely shocked everyone!

There are a great many motorcycles in Vietnam, which is jokingly referred to as the country surrounded by motorcycles. The Ministry of Health of Vietnam has issued a regulation that: in order to ensure all motorcycle riders are in good health, the Ministry of Health of Vietnam recently stipulated that women with bust less than 28 inches (72 cm) will be prohibited from riding motorcycles. After this news was released, many Vietnamese people expressed their incredulity. Perhaps, many small-sized females will be deprived of the right to ride motorcycles.
