Those who have just started playing photography in recent years may think that film is probably obsolete and not used for formal photography purposes. I'm not going to keep blabbing about the differences between film photography and digital photography to change this perception. Both forms of photography require different techniques, but most of the knowledge gained from understanding film photography can greatly benefit your digital photography. Although my photography journey began with a digital camera, it wasn't until I picked up a film camera that I started to understand ISO, exposure, and aperture, and began to take correct photos with heart.
