Yasumasa Morimura, the Japanese photographer whose nude portraits caused a social stir and controversy as early as the 1960s, made his first appearance in Beijing with his works titled "The Fifth Generation Bandou Tamisaburou". More than 50 photographic works by Yasumasa Morimura exhibited at the Tokyo Gallery + BTAP in the 798 Art Zone in Beijing are part of his creative work spanning more than 40 years dedicated to Bandou Tamisaburou, the master of Japanese national treasure-level Kabuki.
