In "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland", the author Carroll describes the dodo as a large bird with the demeanor of a thinker. However, in reality, dodos have been extinct. Finnish photographer Harry Kario is deeply fond of Carroll's fairy tale. Based on available records, he replicated two dodo models and, using modern photographic techniques, "sent them back" to their homeland, staging a performance akin to "Dodo's Adventure in Mauritius."
