Unique and beautiful tattoos

Tattoos represent an individual's personality and beliefs; they originated from the customs of primitive tribal peoples around the world to decorate and tattoo their bodies. Before the 18th century, tattoos were called "Ci Qing," which refers to leaving permanent patterns on a part of the body using needles or tattoo machines. The designs include birds, beasts, flowers, totems, scriptures, and Baguas, among others. These reflect their aesthetic awareness and religious beliefs. In China, ethnic groups such as the Gaoshan, Deang, Li, Dulong, Dai, Bulang, and Jinuo all have the custom of tattooing.
