"Detective Di Renjie 4", also known as "The Divine Judgement of Di Renjie", started filming on October 20, 2009, and consists of 44 episodes (when broadcasted on TV, it was divided into different numbers of episodes by various TV stations), with an investment reaching 30 million RMB. Unlike the first three parts which were composed of multiple stories, this one has only one story, which is divided into two parts: "The Mysterious Silver Cart Case" and "The Murder Trap".
