At around 0 o'clock on June 4th, a sudden road subsidence accident occurred at the 1478KM + 520M mark of the Huang Qu Nan Expressway in the direction of Nanping. The road collapse created a large pit with an 8-meter diameter and a 10-meter depth, located right on the overtaking lane and main lane of the expressway. The incident caused a truck to overturn. Fortunately, due to the prompt warning from the truck driver, it avoided a major catastrophe that could have engulfed a large passenger bus coming from behind.
