The bridge under construction in Fenghuang County, Hunan Province collapsed.

At around 16:40 on August 13th, the Tuojiang Bridge under construction on the second level highway from Fenghuang County in Hunan Province to Daxing Airport in Tongren region of Guizhou Province collapsed. It has been confirmed that 14 were killed and 22 injured in this accident.
