Recently, many female students have reported to the career guidance centers of their respective colleges that they had interned in some units for a long time, and the enterprises had always praised their performance. Everyone thought they would be able to stay and sign a contract, but recently those units have stated that they do not plan to hire female employees this year. These female students feel very wronged and say that the internship units may have taken advantage of their hard work and disregard for remuneration, so as to extend the internship time again and again, which is nothing but to fool them and treat them as cheap labor.
