The company has just recruited a group of fresh graduates, and looking at these new people in the workplace, I am reminded of myself when I first entered the workplace. Back then, I had beautiful visions for the future, and with our respective ideals and aspirations, we stepped into our work positions and into the complexities of society. However, after training and probation, I have found that many fresh graduates are often troubled by issues such as nostalgia for their student life, poor mental state, pathological interpersonal interactions, and inability to adapt to the new environment. Their psychological quality is particularly lacking, and certain barriers and estrangements form, which to some extent hinder their ability to make friends and adapt to work and society.
