BUENOS AIRES, Argentina -- Argentine model Vanessa Carbone stood naked outside the Japanese Embassy in Santiago on Thursday holding a placard reading "Let them live" to protest against whaling and illegal fur trading. The demonstration asked the Chilean government to order the declaration of the country's Pacific Ocean territorial waters as a whale preserve.
