CCTV News Channel to be reprogrammed on June 5th with changed hosting style

CCTV News Channel will undergo a complete revamp on June 5. The main changes of this revamp are to the morning programs and the evening prime-time programs. A comprehensive information program called "The Morning News" will be aired from 6:00 am to 8:30 am, focusing on the day's focal events and providing tips for the day's lifestyle services. From Monday to Friday evenings, a live broadcasted comprehensive news program called "360°" will air from 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Hosts such as Bai Yansong and Shui Junyi will organize the day's news and provide in-depth reports on the most watched news. On Sunday evenings at 8:00 pm, a new program called "New Defense Observation" will be aired. This program covers everything related to national security including the military and defense industries. This revamp will increase live broadcasts and change the writing style of the hosts.
