According to the provisions of the Contract Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations, both parties A and B have established this contract on the basis of equality and voluntariness concerning the renting of a house by party A to party B and the leasing by party B of party A's house. In order to make clear the rights and obligations of both parties, this contract is concluded after both parties have reached an agreement.
