Men's hairstyles can be classified according to the straightness or curliness of the hair, which can be divided into straight hair styles, curly hair styles, and a combination of straight and curly hair styles. They can also be categorized based on the method of operation, such as cut hair styles, perm hair styles, and partially permed hair styles. For men’s hairstyles, it is generally more appropriate to classify them according to the length of the hair.
1. Short Hair Styles
Short hair styles are basically styled by rolling and cutting straight hair. There are three specific styles: flat-top, round-top, and flat-round.
Flat-top: Also known as a flat top or small flat top. The characteristics include shorter hair on the sides and back, rolled and cut upward from the hairline. The short hair has a waved layered effect with an even tone, and the slightly longer hair on the top is rolled and cut into a flat shape. Depending on the length of the hair on the top, there are further distinctions between large flat tops and small flat tops.
Round-top: Also known as a round top or small round top. It shares similarities with the flat-top style but features a rounder appearance on the top.
