The Crystal King, weighing 3.5 tons and standing in the courtyard of the China Geological Museum in Beijing, was unearthed in Tuotang Village, Fangshan Town, Donghai County, Jiangsu Province in 1958.
China's Largest Jade King:
Measuring 7.55 meters long, 6.95 meters wide, and 5.7 meters high, with a volume of 106.8 cubic meters and weighing 267.76 tons, this jade was excavated in Xiuyan County, Liaoning Province in 1984. It has an irregular shape, fine texture, and six colors: deep green, green, light green, red, yellow, and black. This is the largest piece of jade in China, requiring 15 adults holding hands to encircle it.
