Hei Mountain, ancient people called it "Kaluoguitake", is one of the main peaks of Kunlun Mountains. Its peak reaches 7562 meters, with steep mountains and snow-covered ground. Hei Mountain is a must-visit place for jade seekers. Due to the tongue part of the glacier reaching dozens of meters to over a hundred meters high, on sunny days, under the sunlight, the glacier slowly moves down to near the snow line where it gradually melts and constantly breaks apart. Ice blocks mixed with jade gravel fall down into the river. Therefore, we can conclude that this area is the main source of the jade pebbles in Yulong Karsha River, and there should be primary Hotan jade deposits here. This place produces abundant jade, attracting countless jade lovers to explore its treasures over thousands of years. Unfortunately, the Hotan jade deposit is located on the ice mountain, surrounded by glaciers, making it unattainable. Hei Mountain is one of the key areas we will focus on during this investigation.
