"The He Family's Jade Disc" —— This refers to the story of the He family from the Chu State over 2000 years ago. They presented a piece of raw jade they had obtained in the mountains to King Li and King Wu of Chu. However, King Li believed the slanderous words of the jade craftsmen and punished the He family for deceiving the king by cutting off their left and right feet successively. Later, when King Wen ascended the throne, he learned that the He family had wept for three days and three nights in the mountains after being falsely accused of having a mere stone instead of jade. He then ordered the jade to be cut open for inspection, and it was confirmed to be an unparalleled piece of fine jade. The jade was then crafted into a jade disc. To reward the He family for their contribution in presenting the jade, the disc was named "He's Disc" in honor of the He family.
