People always say "life goes downhill after forty", but why am I already in such a bad shape in my thirties? It feels like I lost all my energy and spirit overnight. Come to think of it, in the past two years, I've been losing more and more hair, my stamina has been getting weaker and weaker, and even when I go home, I no longer have the same interest in nighttime activities with my wife.
