Wenzhou Personnel Bureau has actively planned and implemented the "Oujiang Talent Plan", focusing on building three teams of talents in private enterprises to strengthen the talent reserves of private enterprises; both supply and demand sides can enter and exchange information for free at all kinds of talent fairs, effectively reducing the cost of enterprise recruitment. Ruian city clearly stipulates that a one-off settlement fee of 50,000-75,000 yuan will be given to master's degree holders employed by enterprises, and talent apartments will also be provided. Yongjia County provides a special subsidy of 50 yuan for each applicant, and a subsidy of 200-500 yuan for college graduates and technicians who sign employment agreements (labor contracts).
