My defense is coming up in a few days, so I've been looking online for knowledge or tips related to the defense process over these few days and have recorded them for my own use.

Firstly, there is an article titled "Thesis Defense PPT" from Educational Technology:

1. A summary integration of the thesis content is required, dividing the thesis into several parts: Introduction, Purpose and Significance of Experimental Design, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and Acknowledgments.

2. In the presentation of each part, the principle is: the effect of figures is better than that of tables, and the effect of tables is better than that of textual descriptions. It is most taboo to fill the screen with lengthy paragraphs, which can irritate the judges. Now, downloading some image materials from the Internet is very convenient. Wherever possible, charts should be referenced instead of text; where text is indeed necessary, the textual content should be highly summarized, concise, and clear, with numbering used for indication.
