Guan Yu Transformers: "Liberation"

Is "Jie.Fang" of Guan Gong Transformers a new movie? I would also like to see the scene where Guan Gong holds his guandao and fights with robots in the city, and when necessary, Guan Gong turns into an old Chinese Liberation truck and races on the highway. Unfortunately, this is not a movie, but the graduation design work of Bi Heng, a sculpture department student at the Central Academy of Fine Arts, titled "Jie.Fang".
