今天工作时，同事问我url中的“%20”是什么含义。虽然这些编码经常见到，但是猛然一问还真难说出，想说表示空格，又不敢确定。于是乎就想，通过在 javascript中用unescape()方法获得，又嫌麻烦。于是乎就想，如果有一个各种编码的转换服务该多方便。无巧不成书，晚上在一国外站点还真遇到了这样的服务。方便起见，我把它扣下来放在了下面，以备大家不时之需。
