…by submitting the User Submissions to YouTube, you hereby grant YouTube a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Submissions in connection with the YouTube Website and YouTube’s (and its successor’s) business… in any media formats and through any media channels.


意思是YouTube可以随意将你上传的视频作品刻录成CD贩卖，或者将它们卖给别人获取“小费”。也许在未来某一天，你会在某个SUV广告中听到你创作的背景音乐。"
