Fleck.com adds annotations to web pages.

Fleck has just launched a new feature that allows you to add annotations to any webpage (just like sticking 3M notepads on a webpage). The advantage of this is that when you recommend this webpage to a friend, they can clearly know which part of the webpage you want them to look at the most; or — let everyone come up with their own ideas.
