It's absolutely amazing! You just need to enter the city you're in and search, and it will display numerous songs from different bands (for example, input "San Francisco, CA"). These songs can be listened to online, and even downloaded! I checked, and they are all in MP3 format. You can even subscribe to these search results.

Isn't that great? But actually, this isn't its main feature. On the left side of the search results page, there are things like "FEB 18", which is obviously a date. Podbop provides songs from various bands, and if you become interested in a band after listening to their music, you can go watch their live performance. Just hover your mouse over the band's name to see the time and location of the concert, and clicking on the band's name will link you to Eventful for more detailed information about the performance.
