Freebase has over 4 million articles, surpassing English Wikipedia in article count.

Freebase, the world's largest semantic knowledge base, announced today that its total number of articles is about to exceed 4 million, which is 60% more than the 2.4 million articles on English Wikipedia, and is close to half of the total number of articles (10 million) on all-language (250 languages) Wikipedia.
