Web QQ site opens public beta testing

In the submissions to cnBeta.COM, it was unanimously mentioned that the Web QQ site is open and can be logged in normally. However, at around 14:30 in the afternoon here, it seems that I am unable to log in (the server has closed this page). It appears that the Web version of QQ is about to be released. In this submission from an anonymous visitor, he mentioned, "I personally feel that WEB QQ is very slow and needs improvement!"
