A new Web 2.0 site in China, Planbus, has been launched.

The function realized by Planbus is to provide users with "synchronization" services. Users can "sync" their usernames (without passwords) across the web applications currently supported by Planbus. This way, Planbus will synchronously display the content updated by the user on other websites within Planbus and share it with friends via the homepage.

The function it realizes is not merely about fetching content and displaying it in Planbus (like a feed reader). Instead, it connects users with each other, enabling interactive engagement with aggregated resources within Planbus.
