The US Library of Congress releases 3000 historical photos to flickr

The US Library of Congress has recently posted 3000 photos from the 1900s that it treasures on flickr. They include both black and white photos and colored ones, with most being based around World War II.
Weapons, aircrafts, trams, and women workers in arsenals - these pieces of history which were previously stored quietly in the Library of Congress have, once released, attracted countless numbers of people.
