Query the user name usage of 120 social networking sites

KnowEm lets you check the status of 120 social media usernames at once, similar to what User Name Chec did earlier this year in Watching Things Online with Delicious. Not only does KnowEm support 120 sites, but it also offers a service that helps users register for those 120 sites for 50 cents per account, or $64.95 for all 120. I thought maybe only lazy people or people in a hurry would buy this service.
