Literacy: What's the difference between twitter and dinner?

To be honest, I also had such doubts when I registered for twitter (although I know that twitter is earlier than I know Fanfu), I believe that many Microblog services in China are the same when they migrate to twitter from Fanfu or other domestic microblog services. So what's the difference between twitter and Feifu?
