The current mobile phone market is flooded with a large number of grey-market phones, most of which operate on English-language systems. CCTV exposed software companies like NetQin and Flion that use flashing to pre-install their own software onto the phones, creating viruses and offering antivirus solutions in tandem to empty the pockets of consumers.
