Glimmer is a Web design tool developed using WPF from the Microsoft Mix blog. With it, you can implement Jquery interaction designs, such as event triggers and animation effects, without having to write Jquery code. It also provides a Tooltip (Tooltip), image switch (sequence), dropdown menu (dropdown) three effects of the creation wizard, you only need to set a few parameters to generate the relevant html, css, jquery code.
