Is Wikipedia blocked again?

After blogger was banned again, it seems that Wikipedia can't be accessed either. I use Beijing Unicom, a few days ago I could directly visit www.wikipedia.org and the English version of Wiki, but now I can't. It's really frustrating, the network environment has not improved at all. Since there is no intention to lift the ban, why bother people before.
