Wikis, blogs, BBS, and others have become new channels and media for releasing information and expressing opinions in the network era. Before the advent of the Internet, perhaps only large-character posters could rival them. After the 1982 Constitution revoked citizens' "four major rights," the emergence of the Internet undoubtedly increased some citizens' ability and avenues for expression, challenging the state's control system. This is because traditionally, there was no specific "outlet" corresponding to these emerging information production methods. In an era when everyone can potentially become a journalist, publisher, radio station, etc., a so-called peer-production system unique to network society has emerged. The appearance of wikis, in particular, allows everyone to contribute to the overall knowledge of society based on the information they possess.
