Napster launched the world's largest MP3 music download store which owns more than 6 million songs on Tuesday, issuing a direct challenge to Apple's iTunes music store. This new online music store will have digital songs from all the major record companies around the world and thousands of independent record companies. The MP3 songs provided can be played on most digital media devices and mobile phones, including Apple's well-known iPod music player and iPhone mobile phone.
