Modified version of the Simple template

I've had my eye on this template for a long time, and today I made some necessary modifications to it. I'd like to share it with everyone.

The changes are as follows (code download):

1. The two files (TXT code, CSS code) have been merged into one file for the convenience of non-FTP users.

2. Added display for guestbook messages and archive dropdown menus.

3. Fixed the display issue of UTF-8 encoding in IE.

4. Some other minor tweaks that aren't worth mentioning.
