Many people in China believe that IT jobs are all about eating the youth's rice, and if you pass the age of 30, it will be very hard to further develop! But actually, things aren't really like this. I have been engaged in .NET and JAVA development for 8 years. Here, I would like to personally share my experiences and discuss this matter with everyone based on my own journey.
