Chris Hughes, a co-founder of Facebook and the main online strategist for Obama's presidential campaign, has once again utilized his expertise in managing online communities to create a charity-issue social networking site called "Jumo."
"Jumo" means "Let's go together!" in Yoruba, a language from West Africa. Hughes hopes to strengthen the relationship between individuals and charitable organizations as much as possible through Jumo, working collectively to bring about change for the issues they care about.
