According to foreign media reports, Amazon's cloud computing division AWS(Amazon Web Services) announced that it will provide a free service for new users starting from November 1.

The free service will give users a free Amazon EC2 Micro Instance for one year, This means developers can use Amazon S3, Amazon Elastic Block Store, Amazon Elastic Load Balancing, and AWS data transfer for free throughout the year.

AWS says users of the free service can run anything "in the cloud," meaning they can launch new applications or test existing ones.

Industry insiders believe that AWS's move is quite beneficial to low-end users.
