Google has got the finger in latest Street View gaffe

In pictures beamed around the world by British media today, an injured man on a stretcher gives the finger to a Google Street View car he claims was taking pictures of him without permission.

While Google's privacy protection policy ensures that faces are blurred, the picture clearly shows a balding, bloodied head of the man on the stretcher in Birmingham, England.
