Google Earth has launched a major update: Google Ocean Maps

On February 24, 2009, Google demonstrated a new version of Google Earth at the California Academy of Sciences, and it is assumed that the new version will include Google Ocean features. The California Academy of Sciences is a Marine, astronomical, and natural history museum in California. In fact, Google Maps already includes some of the most recent maps of the ocean floor, but Google Earth's ocean maps are much better.
