T. V. RAMAN is a studious child, love math and puzzle solving, when 14 years old glaucoma took away his vision, but his studious nature did not change, since then he was fascinated by technology and invention, and the use of technology to make up for the defect of vision. Born in India, he read textbooks for volunteers to help him through college, then moved to Silicon Valley, where he became a respected computer scientist and is now an engineer at Google.
