Google's savings this year: the G1 Android phone

Does anyone dare to expect savings this year? About 85 percent of Google employees are still lucky enough to receive that consolation, but not cash, but an HTC G1 Android phone. This version of the G1 phone is slightly different from the one found in T-Mobile retail stores, with the Android logo etched on the back of the phone and 100% unlocked to work with any GSM network.
