Microsoft's Xbox Live will offer a free game download service

During this year's Christmas, Microsoft's online game service website Xbox Live suffered from problems of disconnection and difficulty in access. Afterwards, Microsoft also made a public apology for the occurrence of this problem. Mark Whitten, General Manager of Microsoft Xbox Live department, explained that due to a surge in sales of Xbox 360 gaming consoles during the Christmas period, the number of users logging on Xbox Live website suddenly increased, which in turn caused the difficult situation of login access. However, Microsoft timely made adjustments, added more servers, and solved this problem on Christmas Eve.
